Commander Peter G Chance RCN passed away April 9, 2024 aged 103. Born in Ottawa in 1920, Peter served in the RCNVR in 1939 and was a Midshipman on HMCS St Laurent under Harry DeWolf escorting the first Canadian troop convoy of the Second World War out of Halifax.
